Too Little, Too Late… It’s Here (Coronavirus Update #1)

What is the truth about the Coronaviurs? The hardest thing to do on the Internet is figure out what is true and what is “fake news.” Since this illness grew out of China, one of the least transparent countries in the world, the truth about COVID-19 is hard to find, but we’re here to help.

This series of articles will highlight and reference what we know about the spread of the Coronavirus and tips on how to keep you and your family safe.

Too Little, Too Late… It’s Here

This morning, the Today Show asked the question, “Is the U.S. prepared for a Coronavirus outbreak.” It is too late to ask that question. Too late. Coronavirus is here.

Due to the long incubation period for COVID-19, the illness can spread for quite some time before someone infected can show symptoms. For this reason, this illness is difficult to track.

Right now, we are seeing the beginning of what looks like an explosion of cases around the world. Here are some of the top stories that have come out around the globe in the last 24 hours.

Iran – Iran is having a very unusual time dealing with the illness. Some high level officials have contracted the Coronavirus and at least one died.

Japan – Japan is closing schools until April. Over 17-million children are affected.

Israel – In a scary case in Israel, a woman contracted Conronavirus in Japan, and returned to Israel healthy. Then the woman got it again… in Israel.

Now is not the time to panic and it is not the time to be asking if you’re ready?

Start taking action now. The number one thing you can do to help prevent the possible spread of the illness is to make sure you are staying clean and healthy.

Wash your hands – The more contact you have with large groups of people, the more often you need to wash your hands. This simple act is one of the most valuable tools against the spread of the illness.

In many places people are being quarantined in their home if they come in contact with someone or if there is an outbreak in a community. Now is a good time to make sure you have all the necessities at home you may need.

Take action now and make sure you have some extra supplies of the things your family needs the most. Medical masks are already sold out and you can only find them if you are willing to pay a ridiculous amount.

In Hawaii, they are seeing toilet paper run out quickly. Don’t be caught without the needed supplies if you are caught in a quarantine zone.

Hopefully we won’t see COVID-19 get that bad here, but we need to be ready. At worst, you won’t have to buy toilet paper for a year.

Coronavirus seems to get more and more serious each day and we want you to be well informed and prepared. Good luck.
