More Bad Health News For Ruth Bader Ginsburg

Ginsburg
SOON!

There’s more bad health news on the horizon for liberal Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg.

The 85-year-old leftist icon will miss hearing arguments for the first time in her 25 years on the bench… because of complications from her latest fight with cancer.

Ginsburg was sent to the hospital on December 21 for surgery to remove two cancerous growths on her left lung. Ginsburg had previously survived both breast cancer and pancreatic cancer, but it’s not known if the growths on her lung are related.

The cancerous growths on Ginsburg’s lung were discovered via x-ray, after she fell in her home in November and fractured several ribs.

When Ginsburg was discharged on Christmas Day, it was announced that the surgery had been a success… but, two weeks later, Ginsburg has still not returned to work and no date has been set for when she will take her place on the bench. In the meantime, Ginsburg has been keeping up with the cases at home.

One of the leading liberals on the Supreme Court, Ginsburg has had her share of health woes–but, as the oldest Justice on the Court, if she were to die during President Trump’s term, her seat could be filled by a conservative.

That would give conservatives a historic 6-3 majority on the court… possibly leading to a dramatic reshaping of federal law.
